Scope
Sawtell House is located next to the beach and to the east of the Gondwana rain-forests, The design is all about capturing the available light, views and breezes whilst sitting within the landscape.
The first floor is dedicated to the owners home, whilst the ground floor has been cleverly designed as luxury private accommodation.
