Scope
Sydney apartment living can be tight. Our clients in Little Bay, had a 2 bed & 1 bath apt, with an unused area which a perfect opportunity to make into a study nook.
Working to the clients brief and budget, the Little Bay Study Nook provides generous storage, and blends in to the timber floorboards and white walls.
The clients will eventually be selling and didn't want anything which would be too personal. There is a shelf underneath the bench where work can easily be stored to allow for a clean bench space at all times.
Custom design joinery ensures all available space is put to use, with bench space and storage.
In our current Sydney housing market adding such a usable study area like this will make a huge impact when our clients decide to sell.
Preliminary designs are demonstrated and communicated through perspective sketches to our clients.
