Scope
The existing farmhouse was in need of alterations and additions to suit the client's contemporary lifestyle. The two storey timber clad addition connects to the existing dwelling through a low link which acts as a secondary entry. The amendments add a double garage, rumpus, guest suite and office as well as reconfiguration of the existing home to accommodate a young family. Recreational spaces including a pool and tennis court have been added to provide outdoor amenity.
