Scope
A new build to improve the amenity of the existing beach shack on the site. The design utilises passive design principles around solar access, ventilation and thermal mass to inform the layout and aesthetic.

A rammed earth wall spine is paired with recycled timber floorboards and earthy, local materials to provide a sustainable building that has the capacity to be off grid.
Aurae is emerging an architecture and interior design studio with a core focus on harmonious designs which lie lightly upon the land.
