Shelly Beach House

Shelly Beach House is situated on a site which borders a coastal subtropical rainforest on the Eastern boundary. The design is comprised of three pavilions - living, sleeping and guest pavilion which are connected through a gallery space acting as a thermal break. The pavilions open up towards the view and are separated by garden corridors to capture prevailing breezes and let in northern light. Careful consideration in the planning ensures that all signification landscape features are retained and lets the building site lightly upon the land.
