Situated adjacent on the Karuah River Flats, Roseleigh, a weatherboard clad farmer's cottage has expansive views of the Barrington Tops escarpments and extends to steeper timbered country to the West. The alterations and additions seek to maintain the farmhouse style cottage while improving amenity and circulation to suit its use as a farmhouse and bring the house into a contemporary aesthetic.
