Marrickville Courtyard House

Situated in an industrial area of Marrickville, overshadowed by the adjacent warehouse and an existing fibro addition our clients were in need of a compact addition that would give them new living, cooking and dining spaces with natural light. A courtyard typology was developed to improve the amenity within the dwelling turning the house to look inwards and providing a pocket of green.
